An advanced ergonomic design with contoured high-density foam and hand-stitched casing absorb pressure and cushion the hands and knuckles, while long cuffs and strong, double-stitched seams protect the wrists during exchanges.

So far I love this rotating bar I am a 120lb female and I was able to put this whole thing together myself. I let out a lot of rage on it and it takes it very well!
