How to choose a correct system?

If you’re not quite sure which SPARBAR® system is right for you, you can contact our Customer Happiness Team. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, CONTACT US. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your apparel so we can suggest the best size for you!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak with someone?

We want to speak to you too! CONTACT US with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.


What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillments team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping providers do you use?

AnswerWe use FedEx for all U.S. orders. Ground shipping for U.S. orders may take up to 7-12 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

International orders can take up to 3-7 business days, after the orders ships.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We are able to provide free customs clearance (no custom clearance fee charges) for the SPARBAR® PRO series to the UK and USA. This includes the models:

For other models /products and countries other than the UK and USA, customs clearance fees apply to the recipient.

How much are customs clearance fees?

Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
