Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sparbar.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Shipping Claims:

Sparbar.com guarantees 100% safe delivery. In the event of shipping damage, Sparbar.com will replace your shipment and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Upon receiving your shipment, carefully inspect delivered goods for any gouges, marks or defects and please notify us no later than 48 hours from the day of delivery. Please notify Sparbar.com via email info@sparbar.com. failing to comply, will invalidate any return claims based on above. A distressed carton is a potential sign of damaged goods within the carton. Sparbar.com will handle the damaged claims for its shipments only if the receiver (customer) notes the condition of the carton and the condition of the contents of the carton at the time of delivery.
