Setup and use
The unit arrives for assembly and the base is stabilised before training. The current installation manual is available to download on this page. For the best experience, place the system on a level surface with enough clear space to move safely around it, wear suitable hand protection and begin with controlled technique before increasing speed or power.

I've been looking at buying one for a while and am not disappointed. Very good quality and steardy once filled with water. Didn't come with instructions, but there's a manual on the product page. Training wise, I absolutely love it 30 secs in and you know you're having a solid boxing workout.
Worth it if you want something different from a standard bag. Easy to set up and doesn’t take up too much space. I’ve been using it a few times a week and it keeps things interesting compared to normal routines. Not a replacement for everything, but definitely adds something different especially for reflexes and timing.

I use it all the time, not for hard strikes but great for placement and technique. I like my guy shiny and new though as I am a snob ??.

I use the SPARBAR after work and it’s become my favourite way to switch off. It fits perfectly set up in my kitchen, doesn’t take over the room, and gives me a rush of energy. You don’t need to be a boxer to enjoy this. It’s just fun and surprisingly addictive.

I love the sparbar. My pink sparbar was really easy to setup. I love working out on it. Was sweating with in 5 mins of work out. Some of the videos on YouTube of workout are great. I would recommend this product to everyone. Is so much fun. It is very addicting but in a good way.

Purchased the SPARBAR PRO 6X to train at home as always wanted to have a go at boxing but too scared to to to a boxing club. I love this product it feels solid and spend hours using it. I wish they had more tutorials though but Eve pointed me to some great videos on their Instagram. I love their gloves too but will wait until they have a sale I hope.

Very impressed with the quality. They feel snug and give good support with the Velcro strap is in exactly the right place for speed mitts. I love the vintage rustic old skool look of their premium range an cannot wait to use on my 1 to 1 training sessions with my clients. To summarise expensive but justified price tag with the genuine leather and craftmanship!
You can tell it's precision built. Had my for Sparbar pro 7X for probably about a month and I'm loving it. I used sand as I'm 6ft 4 and just to be sturdy but water is fine too. Good workout and I can tell it's is starting to train my reflexes.
