Its unique contoured design simulates the curvature of the ribcage enabling you to work on uppercuts and angled hooks with hard-hitting impact. By changing the shape of a traditional heavy bag, the increased width vs height ratio maximizes the efficiency of your workout.

This kicking/punching tower is very sturdy, easy to assemble and definitely well made. I can can really beat on it and it takes it no problem. I love it.

My experience is great, I haven't been able to get a hold of you guys, one of the smallest screws we're missing from the box. 2 of them were supposed to be included but the other one wasn't. I need this resolved.
