The best made tool. Easy to install. Glad I own it. Our gym has one two years and just like new.

Gave this to my nephew for Christmas. He loved it! He's an avid boxer and loves the versatility this has brought to his training at home. Even on injury rest (for his leg) he was able to keep up a few drills because of the SparBar which has been great for his mental wellbeing during recovery. It did take quite a bit to get to him. I ordered late November, and although the site communicated it would be sent in early Feb, it actually didn't make it out of the UK until mid-March. They are a legit company though (lol!) and the product is worth every minute of the wait.

Received the Wall edition of Sparbar today. I been a fan of sparbar since day 1. The wall version is so easy to setup like the 3.0 I have. I have my sparbar station setup now. Great Design, Great innovation! Great customer Service!

My brother got this over the summer out of a bad spending habit, and while originally I made fun of him, I quickly became the one who used it the most. it's great core and upper body exercise, and there't something so fun about it.

Easy to put together. Doesn't take up too much space. Was surprised how much of a workout you get with just 15-20 mins. My son practice his speed on this but I must say it is good for workout too. I absolutely recommend it.

Packaging was simple with everything in it. Assembly of the post and bag was easy and took only 15 minutes. I used stone dust instead of sand and have no issues punching and kicking with full force. Quality of foam and outer cover seems high. No issues.

I use this bag almost every day. I'm 240lb and 6'1”. I've been boxing recreationally for 20 years and I needed something at home that didn't take up a ton of space. I've been slugging this thing for almost a year and it's still holding up like it did day one and I hit fairly hard. I love it and recommend it to anyone who has intermediate experience boxing.

I bought this for my younger brother during this pandemic and it is such a great investment! I sometimes use this so release some stress plus its a good workout! Super easy to assemble and it doesn't take that much room at all.
